No. Every plan includes unlimited members. Whether you are on Starter, Growth or Pro, there is no cap on how many customers can join your loyalty card.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within your dashboard. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you will be charged the pro-rated difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Push Agent is Spark Loyalty's AI-powered messaging tool. You type what you want to say in plain English - for example, "quiet Tuesday, get people in" - and Push Agent writes a wallet notification and sends it to the right customer segment automatically. It is available on the Growth and Pro plans. Segments include Top Customers, Nearby, New This Week, At Risk, and Frequent Visitors.
Yes. Starter is £19 a month, or £15 a month billed annually; Growth £49 or £39; Pro £99 or £79. Paying annually saves you at least 20%. You can move to annual whenever you like, and back to monthly at the end of your year.
