Loyalty cards without an app

Your customers scan a code once and the card goes straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for, nothing to remember.

A bag handed over a counter with the Add stamp button and a +1 stamp
A phone with a Hurlocks Barbers visits card, 4 of 6 visits, being slipped into a jeans pocket
A customer drinking a matcha, with an Ondo Matcha lock-screen message: Hey David, pop in today for your free matcha on us

Nobody downloads an app for a free coffee.

Most digital loyalty schemes still ask your customers to install an app before they can collect a single stamp. A Spark card skips that step: it lives in the wallet app already on their phone, updates itself every time you stamp it, and shows how close the next reward is.

For your customer it is one scan and one tap. For you it is a card that never gets left in a drawer.

How it works without an app

The Pick your colour step in Spark, with the Ondo Matcha card previewed on a phone and a row of card colour swatches

You set up your card.

Your logo, your colour, your reward. Put the join code by the till and you're ready for the first customer.

They scan the code.

Their phone reads it and offers to add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. One tap, done.

A drink handed over a café counter, with the Add stamp button and a +1 stamp

You stamp with one tap.

Every time they buy, tap Add stamp. It's on their card before they've left the counter.

A lock-screen message from Ondo Matcha: Hey Sophie, pop in today for your free matcha on us

They come back for the reward.

Hit the goal and they hear it from you. The reward waits on their card until they're next in.

Why no app matters

More people join.

A scan and a tap is a lower bar than an install and an account. More of your customers say yes.

A phone with a Hurlocks Barbers visits card, 4 of 6 visits, being slipped into a jeans pocket

Nobody loses the card.

It sits with their bank cards and boarding passes, not in a drawer or a coat pocket.

It still reaches them.

A message from you lands on their lock screen, the same way a boarding pass reminder does, without an app to open.
